If you are arrest for any reason whatsoever, you are entitled to call your embassy. Also, note that if you can’t prove your identity, the police can detain you for up to 48 hours.
Legal Age: Driving 18yrs, Marriage 18yrs, Alcohol drinking 18yrs and Smoking 16yrs.
Foreigner’s Police Station: Prague 1, Jungmanovo Namesti 9 (the nearest metro stop is Mustek). This police station is open 24 hours. English translators are provided. But if you are a victim, just find the nearest police station, and someone should be able to help you. But do not expect that Prague police have a good reputation for helpfulness.
Smoking: The Czech Republic has anti-smoking laws which state that smoking is prohibited at schools, cinemas, theatres, sports facilities, state offices, and other public spaces such as bus and tram stops. There’s a 1000 CZK fine for smoking at tram and bus stops.
